Beijing, China, 28 December 2016, China Communications Standards Association (CCSA), the leading standards development organization in China’s ICT industry, today revised its bylaw during The 14th CCSA General Assembly.
The Article 10 of the newly adopted CCSA Bylaw states that any enterprise registered in the mainland of China as a legal entity, regardless of the nature of its capital, may apply for membership of CCSA on a voluntary status. The newly adopted Bylaw will enter into force upon the approval by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
CCSA, which has been dedicated to the ICT standardization not only in China but also in the international community since its establishment, welcomes any interested enterprises not only in China but also in any part of the world to take part in CCSA’s standardization activities and to contribute jointly to the healthy development of ICT industry.

The 14th General Assembly of China Communications Standards Association (CCSA) was held in Beijing on December 28, 2016. Mr. Zemin Yang, Ms. Duo Liu and Ms. Xiaohui Dai were elected as Vice Chairman of the council. Mr. Zemin Yang was elected as the Secretary-General. 41 council members and 10 Chairs of TCs were also elected. The 14th General Assembly approved “2016 CCSA Working Report”, “2016 CCSA Financial Report” and “Financial Audit Report”.
